("Robopioneer", "we", "us"), a company based in Toronto, ON, Canada, collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the Talkwise application and related services (collectively, "Talkwise"). We ask you to read it carefully before using Talkwise.

By accessing or using Talkwise, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, you should not use Talkwise.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information (email address and authentication identifiers from Google or Facebook)
  • Profile information (age, role, personality type, zodiac sign)
  • Conversation context you choose to share with TalkWise
  • Usage data and interaction with our services

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Personalize communication suggestions
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
  • Send important updates and notifications

Chat History and Retention

To provide recent conversation suggestions and context, we temporarily store your chat history in our database. We keep this information for at most 30 days, after which it is routinely deleted from our primary systems.

We do not use your conversation content to build advertising profiles. Limited, anonymised technical logs may be retained longer for security, debugging, or legal compliance, but these logs are not linked back to your full chat history.

Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication is handled through trusted providers (Google and Facebook) via Firebase; TalkWise never sees or stores your external account passwords.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • To protect our rights and safety

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information

You can delete your TalkWise account at any time from the settings page. When you do, we delete your profile information and any chat history we store. Some billing or security records may be retained as required by law, but they will no longer be connected to your conversations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
